What to do?
« on: October 06, 2006, 11:40:43 PM »
I was asked yeterday to work part time at one of the local pro shops (Bowlers Universe) in town.  Now this was completely by chance (went to go watch my grandfather bowl) that I walked into this pro shop because normally I don't get out there.  The shop is worked by 2 guys Tom Carter and Darrel ...  Darrel had already met me from last year and accidently found out that I drill balls from my home.  Tom made the comment that he seen a few of the balls that I had drilled for others and that I was pretty close on the same page that he is.  To me this is my big chance to see if I want to be in the pro shop side of things and work with top of the line equipment.  I just know if I should take this job offer or not because I rencetly applied to work part time and my old employer.

Agreed. Go for it.

Believe me - most employers don't have any where near the loyalty to you that you do to them.

You can always leave if you don't like it - but it's far cheaper to learn whether you like the business or not BEFORE YOU BUY IT!!!
