Inferno mini review
« on: January 08, 2004, 10:29:26 AM »
I waited to get this ball because of how much I have disliked some of Brunswick's equipment for my game. I got this one used from a fellow ballreviewer. It was plugged, so I was able to put my desired drill on it.

I drilled it up 5x3.5=======exactly how I had my recently stolen Hex Darkside laid out.

To compare the 2 (Inferno and Darkside), the Inferno can take a little bit more oil than the Darkside could.

I am happy with the reaction I got out of this ball. STRONG backend reaction, and that is even with a slight carry down. I still had to play the ball outside of the oil line, but it was pretty forgiving if I pulled it inside. Very strong impact at the pins. I liked how smooth it was through the heads. I even moved over to the dry to try it in the track area, and it still got great length. I am very happy with this ball, and the Raging. I will more than likely pick up the new one that everyone is buzzing about now.

Brunswick is changing my mind on the equipment they are releasing. They have a good top end line FINALLY-----and a great mid price with the monsters.
