Between fury pearl and fury pearl tour edition?

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe the tour edition had a harder cover. This means it will go longer before making a move. Drier lanes would be it's friend.

Anyone have both?

That is correct.. the tour edition hooks less

I believe it had an orange pin also

The FP Has a 4000 grit Abralon finish. The FPTE has a "dry lane" version of the FP's coverstock and is finished slightly rougher or less fine with a ROugh Buff finish (usually 220 grit plus RB).

Someone here implied or actually said (I forget which) that the FPTE had a PK17 pearl coverstock. That intrigued me so much I bought one but still have not drilled it (been a little busy). Maybe soon.
