Title: Which ball to replace?

I used to have the purple(oily)...slay/r(dry)...bruiser(medium) from the monster series and i got a goliath to replace the purple monster


What are the balls within the current BVP series are able to replace this bruiser and slay/r in terms of performance and similarities of the slay/r and bruiser??
and i love the slay/r for its ls abilities and the bruiser for countering carry down/patchy lanes


please do not suggest the inferno series as i have a habit of getting balls from the same line for heavy/medium/light oil conditions

I would replace the Bruiser with the Rampage.  I wouldn't count out replacing the Slay/R with the Punisher, just make sure you drill it tamer.
