Title: Who has a Time Zone?
Post by: agroves on May 18, 2004, 09:10:58 AM
I picked up a used TZ from stikinmachine.  The pin is under the ring, so it comes to 4 3/4 from my axis.  The mb is on Val.  Has anyone had luck with this drilling?  How is yours drilled?  Do you like?  Looking for good suggestions.

Again this ball is very drilling oriented!

A friend with no backend type hand.(up the back) drilled 4 X 5.  Mass bias under thumb.  I never saw so much backend.

Me the opposite a ton of backend!  With this ball very smooth and WILL strike if the surface doesn't carry it down too far!

LL,

I have a TZ and Ravage, these are my only two assymetrical core balls.  I think if I drill the TZ with the pin under the ring, mb on val with a smooth grit sand.  Then, I take my new Ravage, drill it 2 1/2 p2p, mb just right of thumb about 5 3/4 inches and leave the high gloss polish.  That would give me a nice 1, 2 punch.

Since it is raining today I guess my golf lesson isn't happening.  Oh well, I will go bowling instead.
