Now that the Goliath has been out for a while, I'd like to know what those who have thrown it THEMSELVES have to say about it. I've gone back into June and read all the posts that have Goliath in the topic, but would like more info. Mainly I want to know whether or not to recommend it to my customers. If anyone has thrown both it and the Lane 1 Super Carbide Bomb on the same conditions, I'm interested to see how they compare. Please, first hand experience only. This could include pro shop operators that have drilled it for their customers and then observed the results. Thanks in advance -- JohnP

i am a cranker and i would normally use an ultmate inferno n put it on 3rd board in, i am testing out a goliath and man, this ball hooks early and lots! hits like a ton of bricks! better that the ultimate inferno! i've had my ultimate inferno for 8 months and have shot 6 300's and 8 800's, i've had my goliath for around a month and i've already had 2 300's n 5 800's!

Thats nothing man, with my blem Track animal with a 9" pin and 7 oz of top weight, I've put up 17 300s and 14 800s in the last 2 months.

I'm neither good, nor consistent, which is why I bowl.

I just got one off Ebay for UNDER 60.00 bucks. Everyone I've talked to says not to be afraid to drill it aggressively because it gets through the first 30 ft. extremely well for a high load ball. drilled mine 4 x 3 3/8 and it goes 30-35 ft. and just starts to charge the hole with no roll out or loss of carry.
