Finger Inserts

What company makes inserts that corresponds with the numbers "43" and "47"? I have a ball that I bought used with these sizes in it and I need to replace them. Most sizing charts are different and I am not sure what I have so I don't know what to buy.

Vise and turbo have that numbering system. Basically means 43/64 and 47/64
