Is the Karma Ball a good ball for Medium to Dry Lanes?

One of the best, for sure. The pearl will go longer, and the solid will be a more smooth reaction.

Yes.  The Karma solid and pearl react well on medium oil conditions.  The Powerkoil 18 coverstock is smoother reacting than the new super coverstocks.  They both are great balls.
