Impulse Zone - Quantum Blue Denim
« on: November 05, 2005, 06:17:08 AM »
I am going to Sr. Tournament tommorrow and pulled out my Impulse Zone to prep it for play tomorrow and also decided to bring along my blue denim quantum. On close inspection the coverstock appears to be the same.  Is the new Impule Zone the same as the orginal Demin Quntum just with a different core???  Ric Hamlin could you or any other authority advise me on this question??  Thanks for your help.....Dr "C"

The new BVP Ambush is advertised at having the same coverstock as the Denim Quantum or Navy Q.  The only difference being the addition of a pearl additive.

The Denim Quantum has a COMPLETELY different coverstock than the Navy Quantum.

Navy Quantum == HPD == Power Groove Black Sparkle

Denim Quantum == Contact Zone only, as far as I know.

No need to bite anyone's head off...  I said OR because I couldn't remember which one.  According to Brunswicks site both are DTX coverstocks, the minor difference being the Denim at DTX-2 and the Navy being at DTX-1.
