Brunswick's got a ball that will kill any condition for almost any bowler. Any more surprises and we'll all be shocked.

However, they could use some low RG Differential balls, with either a low or a high RG ...

Shame they got rid of the solid resin Power Groove and particle Pearl Power Groove. Both those balls were/are very special.

So the Zone will be very aggressive?  Particle, or reactive?

Very aggressive...depends on who's throwing it.

If I wanted *that* answer, I'd have asked John at Dublin.

An Activator+ Zone? Probably polished to make it fit in the gap the Intense Inferno left... maybe with the higher RG core from the Impulse Zone. Maybe a replacement for the Zone Classic?

A solid PK 18 light load particle with BVP core? Hmmm, I am not sure if this makes sense in the BVP line? I do not think that the BVP bell core would be a good fit for the job, and there is the Impulse Zone zo fill that gap. A particle pearl (DTX-1?) would make a better match to the core, could be an awesome ball for medium conditions.

It could be a ball with the Eliminator core and activator +. i mean, zone is normally known for its symmetrical cores and the eliminator's seems to be one, and it could be possible that they added the activator + coverstock, to make it something like the impulse zone with its activator cover and symmetrical core and stuff?

Hm, I just took a look at the comparison chart, and if the Zone Classic is about to be discontinued (a rumor I heard), a juiced-up light load particle pearl in the BVP line could well take up its place, maybe with a slightly softer hook.
If no old particle coverstock is used, maybe there is an anonymous Activator peral particle coverstock availabe, which would perfectly fit the performance gab of ZC with a higher RG core.

"Above", a polished Activator+ pearl ball could be placed (there is a real gap), something like the discontinued Intense Inferno, Fuze Igniter or Comand Zone ARC; a ball "under" the Smokin' Inferno for a bit less of oil, but with a similar skid/snap reaction.

This would, IMHO, make sense in the current ball line up.

The Zone line seems to give an alternative to the Infernos reaction wise, but for people who perfer an assymetrical look.  Lets look at what we have now:

Ultimate Inferno----Strike Zone
Inferno-------------Classic Zone
Raging Inferno------Impulse Zone
Absolute Inferno----????(Activator +)
Smokin Inferno------????(Activator Advance)

Lets see, for some reason I doubt putting Advance in a zone ball already since Zones are about 20-30 cheaper in retail than the Infernos, so Activator + seems like the logical step.

For the BVP Series theres
Goliath
Nemesis
Rampage
Punisher

There's a pretty substancial gap between Nemesis and Goliath, so it's only fitting that the next ball be a Polished Particle or Particle Pearl that's longer than the Nemesis, but alot more aggressive on the backend.  So wrapping the Eliminator coverstock on that core seems like the next logical step.  That'd be a dangerous combination if you ask me.

New BVP might be fun, to go between my 2E Nemesis and my heavy oil reactive. Hopefully not particle, I really don't like my Goliath
