As of 3:40 PM EDST, 9/16/04, I can open all those functions.

If you're using Internet Explorer, make sure you empty your temporary and working buffers now and again.

I think it's just you.  Maybe another or 2, but I'm fine.

What happens when you click on it? Try holding the "control" button when you click on it, it may be your pop up blocker.

FYI some of these windows (preferences, ignore list, signature, are considered "pop-ups". If you have anything that prevents such, it will, of course, not allow them to "pop-up".

Did you recently install XP SP2?  It has a built in firewall and pop-up remover.

It was creating all sorts of problems on my computer until I removed it.  The only internet site it would let me visit was the MS Support one - that is, when it wasnt locking up and crashing.

Problems started this morning. "you are not authorized to view this page" when I try to get into my messages.
I dont know what is going on, I assume it is their fault and hope it is taken care of soon
