Was there a brownout this morning (9 AM, eastern till now, 11 AM), here at ballreviews?

I couldn't "connect" and after along while of letting Internet Explorer try to display, I got an error like there was a database access problem.

I was on and refreshed and got a downed site page. With about 50 on right now I'd say something happened.
