we agreed to a 2 for 2 ball trade about a month back and the deal was completed.  Upon receiving the equipment I found that one of the balls was actually a 16 lb ball.  I gave him a phone call and he said he mistakenly sent the 16lb to me and agreed to send the 15lb to me and upon receipt of it I would send the 16lb back.

I have given him about 3-4 weeks to send it and I still do not have my 15 lb ball that I originally traded for.  I know things get busy around this time of year and I assume he will come through but I just wanted to inquire and see if anyone else has had this problem before.

Any information would be appreciated.
