i made a deal with b-mac over 6 months ago. he got my ball and i received his which had a cracked bridge so i told him about it and he got in touch with ups and got however much he had the ball insured for. i didnt receive a dollar from this. then i shipped the ball back and he dealt with his distributor and got some form of reimbursement for the ball i still have received nothing.

I hate to say this but its probably gonna cost you more than the ball is worth if you take him to court.. I had a similar thing happen to me about 2 years ago on here and I called the local court where the other person lived and to file a case in small claims court, was gonna cost me $100 just to file the case.

I hope you get this all worked out..

Yeah, but as long as you can prove that you were swindled by this guy, b-mac would be responsible for the court costs as well as the damages.  It's going to be up to you.  Plus, you may even be able to sue for any and all travel expenses that you incur and maybe even lost wages.  I'm not sure on the latter, maybe someone who knows the laws better than I do will chime in.

If it were me, I'd teach the guy a lesson.

I think he lives around Seattle.  If he were closer maybe I could help.
