Just bought a ball from Strapping Young Lad.  I had a tracking number for the package and the ball showed up in great condition as described.  No problems at all.  Thanks!  
EDIT:  The ball I bought was 15lbs and the one that arrived was 16lb..probably an honest mistake, but be careful!
