About 2 weeks ago, I ordered a Threshold NGS from Tekneek. Ball showed up on time, one problem though...I ordered a 15 and got a 16. Obviously not happy, but I contact Steve to find out what happened. He grabbed a 16lb by mistake and luckily still had my 15. Happens to everyone once and a while.
Here's how he fixed it; the next day he ships the 15 with a check enclosed to cover the return shipping on the 16. Not only did he have very fast and open communication with me, he also called my pro shop guy to explain what happened (my driller has bought multiple balls from Tekneek) to make sure I got the message that everything would be taken care of.
Customer service above and beyond.
