Joe and Lou at All Star are as good as it gets.

Joe wrote that he would make sure that orders would ship quickly - he is true to his word - and the ball had the EXACT secs that I requested.

And on a second item - I called to request a ball with particular specs - he didn't have it, but offered to see if he could get it - he had it the next day.

When I am ready for another ball - I will call Joe and Lou.

i also just bought 2 balls from joe. recieved both balls today, with the specs i wanted, and balls were as advertised. this is the 2nd time ive purchased balls from joe and it wont be the last. great equipment at great prices.dont hesitate to deal with all star bowling..
