Well, I know the majority of users on this site have had great success with this user. However, at this point, I cant' say the same. We originated a deal on July 23, and to this date the contact has been poor at best. I have tried aol, this site, and telephone, and it takes forever to get a response. I even left him my number to call me and no call. He has some good prices but I really am starting to think I am better with my many other well known users on this site. He has 2 of my balls that he purchased and was going to credit me towards a ball but I think it best at this point if he just send me the money. I hope others don't go through this

I havent been touch and thats my fault. Instead of a used ball now
I am going to do him a NIB as my way of saying sorry. I do apolozie
for the slow contact as there is never an excuse for tardiness.

Had the same problem but he finally sent out my ball and inserts but was hard to get intouch with him but he came through

The slowness comes from the tremendous volume from online.  I never
expected it to get to this level so quickly.  Im not complaining but just
struggling to get a system in place to efficiently deal with everything.
It also doesnt help now that my main shop is torn apart completely as they
are giving us more space to accommodate all the stock.  Just ask Lane (LAA)
about the mess.

Guys, the shop looks like a train-wreck, imagine 500+ balls stacked up in a shop which is space limited......There are more balls and bags than you can imagine, which is why we can get quality equipment for great prices....the volume is tremendous.

Joe doesn't need to make excuses for the issue, things do happen, which are unfortunate, but once in a great while it will happen to the best of us all. Obviously he realizes the situation wasn't right and is doing the right thing in giving Charles a NIB product.

I'm glad that my man Charles is getting taken care of!
