Great seller due to this guy needing your cash now. He has tons of product, owes the man in the high five figures, so he now wants to be a good seller.

He has lost nearly all his shops, most recently losing a remodeled 96 lane center in Wickliffe, Ohio.

Buyer beware and take advantage of him, just as he has many of you over the years.
