I just had an excellent transaction with Joe. I purchased a USED 15# Victory/R for $50. I sent the MO. He got it. I got the ball in the mail and it turned out to be NIB! I wrote to find out what happened and he said that since the ball I bought was actually 16#, we went ahead and sent the new one.

This is the most generous solution I could have imagined. Most sellers would've sent the ball anyway or sent the money back. Joe took care of his mistake in the best way possible. I appreciate his generosity and would be honored to do business with him again.

I have to agree with bigearv, Joe is VERY good and honest in his deals.

 I bought a NIB pure fuel on 4-23-04.  He sent it out the next day, via fedex ground.  FEDEX LOST MY DAMN BALL!!!!!!!!!!!!

 However, Joe contacted them and verified that it had been lost ( or whatever ) and proceeded to offer me a replacement ball or a total refund, not even waiting until he got his settlement from fedex for the loss/damage.

 You can't ask for more than that from someone who had already fulfilled his obligation, and still went the extra mile to help me get satisfaction, even though it wasn't even his fault or problem.

JOE ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
