I too have shot against him and he was always stand-up little snobbish, but he has been difficult to deal with for about the last year. I always knew he was busy but he has gotten fairly shady as to deals. I personally haven't had issues (4 previous transactions) but had referred two guys to him and both had run-arounds getting the equipment. To people who have not gotten merchandise, you need to step up your intensity and get ahold of his local authorities and find out what your rights are in NY state.
