Once again...I used to be one of his loyalists but I got tired of the same treatment just like this. In time you will go elsewhere also. Lane hasn't been any better for me either. Good luck!!

Like I have said many times....the internet does not concern them as much since they have expanded. Sad.....alot of people stuck up for him and he really turned his back on them.

***Update***
I finally got thru to someone in the shop on Friday,3/7, after trying for a week. Joe wasn't in and the person on the phone explained the weather was bad,
which I was aware of via the news. I left my name, what I had purchased, with
a request to cancel the order. I see they had listed a ton of balls on E-bay in
the last week, so I don't know what's up, nor do I any longer care.

Hello

I am occasionally around on br.com these days, but not as often for a
myraid of reasons, mostly because of the fact that we have been devoting
more time to building our retail end of the business (5 stores and expanding),
plus the fact that I am getting married at the end of April and sometimes life
takes presedence over other matters.

Thanks again

I still would not take my chances business-wise with them. Even Joe says himself in his last reply the internet is not that important to him anymore.

There you go everyone, straight from the horses mouth.  Buyer beware & purchase at your own risk.  I bet if he worked for corporate America or any other business other than his own, he wouldn't have that attitude.  I'm self employed & sure wouldn't be putting any food on the table w/that attitude.

Im not sure where you are getting an attitude from that post?  I just
mentioned I havent been on br.com because I have been busy with some other
things going on.   This is exactly the point I was trying to make.   We
do just fine with wholesale and internet/website/Ebay orders.  I was only
mentioning why I wasnt here.

Amazing how a small few try to drive everyone off of this site and succeed.
Fortunately I have thicker skin then most and understand everyone has an
opinion.

Thanks again,
J

"and sometimes life takes presedence over other matters."  That quote was from your own post Joe.  Charles & 302efi caught it also.

That attitude that your taking to customers on the internet because you're getting married the end of April when this original topic post was dated March 5th.  That attitude.

I don't think anyone is trying to drive you from the site, on the contrary.  But apparently that has been your own choice according to the people who have issues with their orders with you.  They are the ones complaining they can't get a hold of you when you ship the wrong item to them, or haven't shipped at all not me.  It was your own words that gave your business attitude.  I merely said that if I treated customers like that, soon I wouldn't have customers, nor would a real boss or company put up w/an employee who puts their private life above people who are putting the bread on their table.  Being sick & unable to perform a transaction or being on a honeymoon would be one thing & an understandable reason for a time, but eventually taking care of the problem.  This isn't the case here.  Nobody can get a hold of you apparently, yet you're still trying to conjure up more business.

I don't get what's so hard.  Someone pays you for a product & you ship the product.  Raff said it was 3 weeks since he placed his order & that was on Mar 5 & hadn't heard from you.  He pmed you & called for 3 days & no response.  Now you tell me that's a good business attitude?  Okay.  Whatever.
