Title: Anyone know where cmk100dinpa is?

I bought a Sling Blade from her boyfriend, or someone who is related to her.  I was supposed to recive a 2 ball tote with it.  Shipping took forever, and when the ball arrived, there was no tote.  I agreed to buy another ball from him (name is Stephen ?), and he was to send the tote too.  I had lost his address when the messages were lost, so I asked him to resend it so I could pay for the second ball.  This was back about a month ago, still no reply.  I no longer have his address, but he is somewhere in Pennsylvania.  I have been ripped off 2 times now, one more and I will be done on this board.  Sorry to rant and rave, but I am tired of this crap!!!!!!

Tony sorry to hear that buy from me only and you know that i will take care of you There are about 20 stand up guys that i would not hesitiate to use but the number of people who are dishonest is way up to maybe 10 or so which ruins it for all of us. I even extended credit to one of my better customers from here recently and i know he will pay within 2 weeks like we both agreed too.

Thanks Barry, you are awesome to deal with too.  I got a Sling that was worth what I paid for it, but I was promised something else too and it sucks that the deal was not as sweet as it should have been.  I just want to keep anyone else from getting ripped off.

haha... I might have been mistaken, but I thought all of the equipment he/she was selling was supposeed to be shipped next day air?!?!    I HATE cheats and crooks!

He was shipping next day from where he works, problem is UPS only picks up once per week.

TOON .. Read your original posting a couple of times .. still not getting the message! On the first deal you were to receive a ball and a TOTE. The ball was late in delivery but when you received it you DIDN'T have the TOTE that was included in the deal. Then you made another deal with the same seller. From what I see the transaction NEVER WAS MADE. You are trying to contact him to close the deal.

You talk of being RIPPED OFF TWICE .. you only completed one deal and you have the TOTE missing!

Why didn't you have him send the TOTE when you were in touch with him? You discussed a second deal when you were unsatisfied with the first! Sounds like a BAD APPROACH! Your RIPOFF was a missing TOTE! I think you should get it if it was promised on your deal. BUT .. I don't see from what you said .. where the second RIP OFF was!!  Lots of luck in getting your TOTE!

i think TOON was refering the first time to when he was ripped off by mcgutterball and now this is the second time with cmk.

Thanks Ike for clearing that up, I should have stated that my self.  Like i said, it's only a used tote and I'm just trying to keep him from getting anyone else.
