AVOID seller ryan7376
« on: January 13, 2011, 10:04:57 AM »
Please avoid seller ryan7376 with PayPal account  rmberes??@yahoo.com.  Paid for a bowling bag on 12/21/10, no  communication about shipment, did not honor his promise.  Finally, got  my refund back via PayPal Resolution Center.  This guy claimed himself  as the owner of RPM Pro Shop in IN, but I did not verify that.

Hi ryan7376, my verified address with PayPal was forwarded to you together with the payment.  You said that you did not have my zip code, that's something new to me.  Why didn't you just ask after you received the payment?  You did not even reply to my message about when you were going to ship the item.  What you told me was the shop had been closed for 3 days, and you said that you would ship the item afterward, approx. 8 days after you received the payment.  However, you did not ship as you promised and told me that shipment had been delayed due to family issue.  Just now, you said you did not have my zip code?  If it is the case, why didn't you tell PayPal Resolution Center after I filed the claim?  You did not even reply or say anything to PayPal Resolution Center!  I don't think you are telling the truth!

Paypal Resolution Center e-mail sometimes do not go through. I remember one claim someone filed against me on Ebay because they did'nt update their shipping address on their account and I shipped to the wrong address.

I was out my item and money solely because their automated mailing system is terrible.

I work with Paypal on a daily basis for my job and I am used to the slack on their end.

I have seen ryan do plenty of transactions on here and I know he is a good seller. I personally have not done business with him, but he has plenty of positive transactions.

Hi NeumanKnight, thanks for your conclusion, but I disagreed and don't know how you came up with this:

"I have seen ryan do plenty of transactions on here  and I know he is a good seller. I personally have not done business  with him, but he has plenty of positive transactions."

First of all, you HAVE NOT DONE any transaction with ryan7376, and you said that you knew he was a good seller (Maybe, personally, you know ryan very well?).  Reasoning failed here.  You also said he had plenty of positive transactions.  However, I searched the site, I could only find a user called Don had successfully completed a transaction with ryan7376 and left him positive feedback.  Other than that, I did not see any feedback on ryan7376.  Straightly speaking, NeumanKnight, you were making a FALSE STATEMENT!  Besides PayPal Resolution Center, ryan7376 did not reply messages that I sent him through this site.

I just wanted to share my experience with other users and recommended not to deal with ryan7376 based on my experience.  What I said is truth and completed. Case Closed.

For one pch, I do not know Ryan personally.

Second, this site was recently updated within the past month, so it may only be showing the one transaction he has done since the Web site has changed over.

I never stated that I have done business with him, but I have seen positive feedback from other BR members before.

I have NEVER seen you on this site before and I frequent this site daily since the day I joined.

I am not going to make up something about a seller I barely know unless I have seen reviews about him before.

BallReviews never kept track of transactions between buyers and sellers because there was never a rating system other than if you posted a topic in the forum on the old Web site format.

So don;t try to insult me.

Now there is truth. Case closed
