Well damn!! I didn't think it would come to this. I've done 65 deals on this board during the past year so I guess I was due for a bad one.

I made a deal on October 10, 2004 for a 6 ball bag from navy beans. The price was 125.00 shipped. I paypaled the money on October 10, 2004. navy beans has messaged me on October 13, 17, and October 20 stating he still hasn't found a box large enough to ship the bag.

I've shown patience, but he's had ten working days to resolve his "box issue". I messaged him on Friday to provide a valid tracking number or return my money by midnight CDT, however I haven't received a response.

The bottom line is navy beans didn't hold up his end of the deal and I want my money.

navy beans real name is Timothy Botbyl.

I'd appreciate any feedback my fellow BR member have regarding navy beans and disputing paypal payments.
