I sent this guy money for a ball on sept 20, 04. He messages me on sept 22,04. stating that he recieved my money. he never sent me a tracking number nor did he return none of my messages. the date is now oct 6,04 and my ball is a no show. let the record reflect that if i do business with someone i will follow the deal thru the end. this guys has bascically taken my money and ran. but little does he know i will find him and get my money back one way or the other. it's a shame that we have *ssholes like this on this website. i have never had a problem with no one until now. let's get rid of the thieves and keep the honest folks on this website. so please beware

One of you guys please shoot me a message with name and address if you have it. I thought this guy was from around the Rochester, NY area. I have quite a few friends in that area and maybe they can help. LMK

In the past this user had some shaky deals, and he is indeed in the Rochester, NY area. The Spencerport/Greece suburbs west of the city. Since all the past messages are gone it is impossible to pull up his past info that I had collected.

Jesus....was hoping it wouldn't come to this. He has owed me a refund of $95 since 9/16/04 with no return responses. Perhaps he is hurt/in the hospital or something. Have talked with this guy over the phone several times and he seemed ok. Hate to think I got suckered. His name is Phil McMurdy. His number is 585-720-9009. The address I mailed the money order to is:
191 Fisherman Cove
Rochester, NY 14626
If anyone finds anything out, I would appreciate a heads up. Again, sorry it has come to this, but I need that money back.

Umm....Walter Ray....its customary to hand over your wallet AFTER I beat you. Its not like we haven't been through this a hundred times.

-
as stated a few months ago, ello12all is trouble for this website,
a group of you out there have good luck with him,and ripped me for posting bad
messages on him, but for the most part his many bad dealings are the ones that we all remember the most.

there is no such thing as a bad deal.If i send him money for a ball he should send the ball. we should not wonder if he is going to shaft us on a deal. thiefs like that need there *ss whipped. if he lived closer to me that would be the outcome. treat people like the way you would them to treat you. i'm thinking very serious about making a trip to ny behind this.

He will simply change his user name and start all over again. That is until someone presses charges against him.

Sr although changing names is a common practice amongst those that wish to deceive, it seems that this user hasn't. He does however use Rochester in his mail addy, although he lives in the Greece/Spencerport suburbs. And neither his phone or address are easily traceable via Superpages.com, ANYWHO.com, or other people searches.......
His past "problem" deals took quite sometime to straighten out quite awhile back, and those seem to have been forgotten about.

Hello to Everyone
What someone needs to do is to contact the Police Dept and ask for the Officer handle internet crime. If this guy has swindle this many people out of all this money then we can bring up charges and the Police dept has the responsablility in checking this guy out.
What you will need is a list of everything this guy has been shipped, list of how much money and a list of all the people that he has ripped off.
I did this with Hookmonster. If anybody remember, well now he is going to spend some time in jail. And if he does not show up for the court date, then there will be a warrant out for him and he will have no choice, but to go to jail.
So,someone that has been ripped off from this guy needs to take the lead and get this process started.
-
let's gather a list and get this guy......that's cool with me
-
still no ball and no call back from this guy. what a f**king shame.
-
anybody heard any thing from this guy......???????

Here is the best way to file a complaint:
http://www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp
Internet Fraud Complaint Center.... You fill in as much information as you have, including any messages, emails, etc. They transfer it to the local police dept for an investigation. Everyone hates when it comes down to this, but sometimes you just have to do it!
