I have a name that I think needs to go on here, but I am going to give him until Wednesday to respond to my phone calls or email. If I have not heard from him by then, I will tell everyone on here what happened..

Bob, I wouldnt say "guilty" but, I just know that, me and someone were planning on setting up a deal, but, I had changed my mind, and we never made the deal, so I dont want that person tarnishing my reputation on here, like its that great anywayz though!

I would say it is ok to post their name, But I think legally if you post their address or phone, Private information I am sure they can take legal action. I would check into this prior to posting their private information. I am sure posting that info is gratifying but you don't want them screwing you twice.

But this is just my 2 cents.

Its not a privacy infridgement if the person or party's have advertised there name and address in order to sell an item. Like for an example if they posted anything on ebay .They maid there name public, i mean you get put rec2123 on a check and send it to me e-mail address.

I don't care if it is illegal or not.  They stole something from me or others I seriously doubt they will go to the authorities.  they would be awfully stupid to.
