Title: Be cautious with erbysandman1
Post by: calired67 on July 05, 2012, 11:22:45 AM
be cautious when buying anything from this guy erbysandman1 I purchased a ball from him and it is cracked. He will not respond to any emails from me. For all I know the ball was cracked in transit but because he will not return emails or pms I have to assume that he knew it was cracked.

It is amazing how fast someone gets back to you once you post something negative. So he is offering a partial refund. Which is acceptable to me. Seems we could have avoided a lot of useless BS and got back to me sooner.

His avoidance had nothing to do with the holiday. If it were a major holiday. I may have been more forgiving. I have been trying since last week to contact him. It has een resolved.

IMO, Independence Day is the biggest holiday we have. What's bigger?

not going to turn this into a discussion about what holiday is bigger. This is about an issue with a transaction. Take it for what it is.

Not trying to start anything either. Just saying, maybe it's important and big to him. Travel, and all that.
