I wrote hastily in my first post, and Beans has since contacted me to deal with the situation. Most sellers don't take the time to try fixing problems, so here at least I'd say Beans is above the rest. Still trying to figure out if I'm going to keep the ball or not, but he's been good enough to give me the option.

Don't take my previous post as any reason not to do business with BPS... seems to be an honest business. Again, I apologize to Beans for my previous haste.
