After filing complaint with IFCC and about hours away from calling the PENN St police i have received my money plus $12 for my time and gas so I would like to say he has ulfilled his obligation and if anyone else has problems go straight to authorites. I have taken deleted all threads that I created about him.

Please dont delete threads like that!

Just lock them with a final update. That way future possible buyser will get the whole story.

the farthest you can search is 30 days so there is no reason to lock a thread and leave it and im not gonna keep updating it so sorry man.

I remember this bum!!  I bought a Sling Blade from him and was supposed to get a 2 ball tote also.  Got the ball, never got the tote.  BOOT HIM OFF!!!
He was using the username "cmk100dinpa" at the time.
