Well being the nice guy that I am I started a very large trade with this user even after I had mixed feelings going in.  He claimed off the bat to have feedback form over 6 ot 7 users on here and all but one of them had't ever done business with him.  Red Flag #1.  Second he was willing to trade some buzzsaws for non buzzsaws of less value of course, Red Flag #2. There are several more red flags.

I guess I asked for this but I try and give everyone a fair shake. Well I ordered my balls 8 total and shipped them directly tuesday and i supplied him a tracking number the following day.  

I have gotten nothing but excuses since, Promised to ship outon wednesday more than once then pushed it to thursday.  Said he had a tracking number, then said his wife had a tracking number, then said he would ship my 5pm today.  Well I still don't have a tracking number.  What I do have is my 8 balls in route to an Azzhole.  So I will try and get a hold of my shipment tomorrow before it gets to him on Monday.  

Everyone here knows me and knows what kind of business man I am, I wish I could say the same for this user but I sure as hell can't.  Now if he gets me a tracking number and I get my balls fine but I still won't ever deal with him agian and I hope nobody else will.

Well as requested by all of you and promised by me we have the following pics of the Awesome balls I received from BrunsStan/HokoKongo/BrunsJim/JojoDioko/The-Game or whomever was nice enough to send these balls.

**Next you will find Ball #1 a Columbia Aftershock of unknown weight I am guessing 15# note the excellent Plug Work and light use.

**Next we have Ball #2, which as you can see has slightly more games bowled on it and no logo's except remnence of a PBA Tour logo as you can find in the second pic, this balls Identity is a mystery.

**Third and yes it gets better we have a very nice Columbia Surge, I would estimate this one to have the least number of games as you can see from the pic there is little to no track whatsoever.

**Last but certainly not least and yes I did save the best for last, is the suspense killing you yet?  We have a Used Danger Zone by Brunswick, the pictures speak for themselves I say no more.

I don't know UPS procedures .. however .. this statement:

8:36 A.M. DARTMOUTH, MA, US THE SENDER HAS REQUESTED A HOLD AND WILL PICKUP AT A UPS FACILITY. UPS WILL HOLD FOR PICKUP FOR 5 BUSINESS DAYS

leads me to believe that your pro-shop guy made arrangements to STOP delivery and he will pick up the package at a predetermined UPS station. IF he doesn't get the package in 5 days .. the receiver has an arrangement for special PICK-UP .. I would believe that the SENDER'S instructions will prevail over the receiver's .. I would think that UPS will clarify that. Did the PRO SHOP state that he was going to pick-up the package? He should get clarification! I think you are safe (at least till the 5 days are over!).

SPECULATION: You say the PRO SHOP had the DISTRIBUTOR ship .. evidently the DISTRIBUTOR put a hold on the delivery (at a request from your Pro shop). I would venture a guess that the DISTRIBUTOR has connection that might be able to PICK-UP the package in a PRE DETERMINED SITE!

Tough being the payee where there are three other people controlling the transaction (RECEIVER/PRO-SHOP/DISTRIBUTOR).

I still think you are OK if the package is picked up within the 5 days. Set that aside .. what are your intentions with the package due to be delivered to you? (I apologize if you have defined your plan .. haven't read ALL the notes!).If you get 4 good balls .. you were expecting 8 .. what will you do with the 4? If you successfully stopped your shipment .. and you have 4 of his balls .. where do you go from there?

Looks to me like he finally wised up and is covering his arse not wanting to get any fraud charges here is the latest what you guys think.

Yep the whole thing is a bit fuzzy and one big mess if you ask me.  The bottome line is I am getting at least I think I am getting 4 balls form basically an unknown sender since this guy has yet to admit his real name or address as far as I know.  While several users on here have found numbers and names to go with adresses I still don't really know who this guy is.  I guess we will wait and see what I receive on wedneday if I receive it and go form there.
