Well being the nice guy that I am I started a very large trade with this user even after I had mixed feelings going in. He claimed off the bat to have feedback form over 6 ot 7 users on here and all but one of them had't ever done business with him. Red Flag #1. Second he was willing to trade some buzzsaws for non buzzsaws of less value of course, Red Flag #2. There are several more red flags.

I guess I asked for this but I try and give everyone a fair shake. Well I ordered my balls 8 total and shipped them directly tuesday and i supplied him a tracking number the following day.

I have gotten nothing but excuses since, Promised to ship outon wednesday more than once then pushed it to thursday. Said he had a tracking number, then said his wife had a tracking number, then said he would ship my 5pm today. Well I still don't have a tracking number. What I do have is my 8 balls in route to an Azzhole. So I will try and get a hold of my shipment tomorrow before it gets to him on Monday.

Everyone here knows me and knows what kind of business man I am, I wish I could say the same for this user but I sure as hell can't. Now if he gets me a tracking number and I get my balls fine but I still won't ever deal with him agian and I hope nobody else will.

Well as requested by all of you and promised by me we have the following pics of the Awesome balls I received from BrunsStan/HokoKongo/BrunsJim/JojoDioko/The-Game or whomever was nice enough to send these balls.
**First in the Pic below you will find the label on the box with name and phone number.

**Next you will find Ball #1 a Columbia Aftershock of unknown weight I am guessing 15# note the excellent Plug Work and light use.

**Next we have Ball #2, which as you can see has slightly more games bowled on it and no logo's except remnence of a PBA Tour logo as you can find in the second pic, this balls Identity is a mystery.

**Third and yes it gets better we have a very nice Columbia Surge, I would estimate this one to have the least number of games as you can see from the pic there is little to no track whatsoever.

**Last but certainly not least and yes I did save the best for last, is the suspense killing you yet? We have a Used Danger Zone by Brunswick, the pictures speak for themselves I say no more.

These will be promptly going on the rack at my local bowling alley if i don't throw them in the trash first. Thanks agian for sending me these balls you litte Ass_hole now i have to carry 64#'s of junk around with me.

I see UPS is stating your package is ON SCHEDULE .. curious to see what's in the package.

Can't for the life of me figure what you will do if there are 4 of the balls agreed too!

Once you open the package can you RETURN TO SENDER? Evidently the address of the seller is NG (your package was REFUSED)! You can't send balls in the original deal to him .. YOU HAVE NO ADDRESS! What benefit do you get from accepting the package?

I ask all these questions BEFORE you get delivery .. wondering what your thought process is!

Joe these are all good questions and I have been asking myself the same. First he could have refused for two reasons in my mind, A. He decided not to accept my balls knowing he might very well get caught and brought up for fraud, that is assuming they went to a real address of his. B. They did in fact go to some unsuspecting address but I do not feel that was the case. Also another user on here purchased a used ball from him and I asked him to confirm thhis guys mailing address but all his box had was the address form the UPS store so I have a feeling whatever balls I am getting will be the same. To answer your question once I open a package can I return it to sender yes but only at my own expense. I plan to open the package I get all be it with a lot of caution, I have expressed to this user if he sent his balls I would be happy to send mine, So if I get 4 of the promisd 8 I will send 4 that I owe him, If I get four odd balls,house balls or anything else they are swiftly on their way back his way assuming for either of these he can verify his address and real name to me somehow, which he himself has failed to do.

I would just refuse the package and be done with it.. If they are not what you expected, its gonna cost you $25 or $30 out of your pocket to ship whatever crap balls he sent you back to him and I will bet the address he used is not legit..

Why should you take a chance with this guy when he has done nothing but lie from the beginning? If you agreed on an 8 ball swap, why would he just send 4??

Once again, refuse it and be done with the aggrevation..

Just my 2 cents..

If you refuse it, you must do it at the time of delivery.. You cannot refuse it after that as far as my dealings with ups on that situation..

Been observing this issue for the last few days.

JPR, I was wondering why this degenerate has only sent you 4 balls. Could they be the balls stolen from other traders such as Stjospehkid and Extremebowler? He could be trying dump them. I realize that would be very stupid on his part, but Brunstan/loser hasn't exhibited a great deal of intelligence regarding any of his crimes-in-progress for the last week.

There is no way I can be turned into the bad guy here, I have all of his promises,lies,storys, and everything saved in my box. If he sent me four balls I requested then he has no more reason to hide and at that time should come out and give me a real address, thats the way I see it.

No worrys little buddy he won't take your balls if he knows whats good for him. I don't want to drive up there but I certainly will if it comes to that. We have enough names addresses and info one way or the other to track him down if we need to even If I have to pay to get it done professionally.
