We agreed on a trade. We both agreed to ship on the 14th. I shipped he did not. Received a pm on mon. the 17th saying he'd been shopping all weekend and he promised to ship tues. the 18. No replies till the 20th. saying he hadn't been shopping he was in the hospital for 2 days and had just gotten out that morning and shipped the ball later that morning. Received the ball on the 22nd. You fellow members can come to your own conclusions. If i deal with him again i'll make sure he ships first.

Stuff like this is why people should ask to see pictures first and only use PayPal when making payments. This way if an empty box shows up or if you don't get what you paid for, it's much easier getting the charges reversed.
