Has anyone spoken to him in the last 3 weeks? I've sent him messages here and to his email, with no response. I was selling him something but since it was sent via PayPal as an eBay sale, it wouldn't let me get the money so I could send the ball. Then he disputed the transaction and won't respond to any communication.

Thanks for the tips, guys. Y'all know me, I'm straight up. He wanted my Bull Whip SE I have for sale, he paid me, I couldn't get the money from PayPal since he did it wrong, I told him I couldn't get him the ball until I got paid, he said he would look into it, and over 3 weeks later, here I am with PayPal up my woohah about a dispute he filed. I'm positive it was some sort of miscommunication, but 2 emails to his personal email addy and multiple messages here, with no response is going to put me in hot water with PayPal. Wonderful model they have there. Can't speak to a frakkin person.

As long as you have proof of trying to reach the person which I'm sure you do, this should not count anything against you.  If the funds were not sent the right way and you cant access it, how is that your fault?  You've been on this site for a very long time. You've done transactions through this site without problems.  Now you have 1 unhappy person which stinks, but I know you're a stand up guy.  Unfortunately, reputations can get tarnished with 1 bad egg.  😢

Doom, have you been able to get a hold of this member?  The system is showing he was last logged in this morning.   I feel for you when you're trying to communicate and the other person won't.   It looks like you've tried everything possible and you're getting shafted with this person.  It would be interesting to find out why this person isn't responding.  One of the main things with PayPal is there has to be communication between the parties to try and resolve this.  It appears they don't want to resolve this the proper way.
