Here is the message I get from this Fraud about this ball I won so cheap off of him:

I am packing the items to ship tomorrow via Fedex or UPS, unsure which one yet. At the Ebay final price, I won't be able to send a 3-4 pin. I wanted to be upfront with you before I shipped the ball. I have 3-4 pins listed in my Store with buy-it nows. I'll pick between what I have in stock from 0 - 2 inch pins and decent tops. I'll let you know what to expect.

The fact that my request wouldn't get met is fine, but to tell me because the ending price was to low is the reason he won't meet it is wrong.
I told him I wouldn't promise positive feedback so he refunds my money and blocks me, oh well guess someone else can have my money!
