I order stuff from bowling.com and they said some of the item was not in stock but they would be in no more than 14 days and they would ship them as soon as they get them.  So two days after I get a email my other items shipped thinking it's all good I get a email telling me it would be June and July for the other items to come in wow and ask me if this is a problem.  I needed the items now not 2 and 3 months later wow so I was talking to other bowlers at the lanes tonight and a couple of them said they wouldn't deal with Bowling.com ever again.  Just be very careful what you order if it says it will ship as soon as they get it stay away from it.  I will not use the website again for there are a lot of website out in the bowling world. thank you for reading my post have a very wonderful day.

I don't think they could have done anything, they probably got word from their supplier that they were going to be able to get it and then their supplier informed them differently and they relayed that to you. It seems they were prompt in letting you know instead of leaving you hanging, while its not the best situation as you didn't get your item in the time frame you wanted they did at least reach out to you and attempt to do something about it.

Did they offer a refund on the items that were going to be delayed that long?

 

 Things happen sometimes, but if it was going to be several weeks, they should've offered your money back if you wanted.
