Don't buy from them they give you a place for requests but don't follow them or honor them after the fact. I have done my entire bowling equipment shopping from them in the past, but I don't matter because all the money they have rolling in.

I am sorry you are disappointed.  I do see that we sent a call tag to you on Monday.  Did you not receive it?

If you look on these message boards, you will see lots of fanatical posts about us when it comes to spec requests.  We were the first to guarantee specs for bowling balls purchased online.

No offense to the OP, but I have never had a problem and haven't hear of too many people having problems either.

BB.com is A OK in my book.

I have bought 10 or 11 balls and lots of supplies from bowlingball.com over the past year or so and ALWAYS received the packages on time and the balls with the requested specs..

IMO, I see no reason to slam a company on a public forum before you at least give them a chance to make things right..

I personally will continue to use them..

Never had a bad deal w/them.  I ordered a Pro-pin ball once & they sent me a Pro-CG by mistake.  I didn't say anything because I actually preferred a Pro-CG anyway, LOL.  Didn't need a balance hole.  All my other balls came as advertised & timely fashions w/tracking #s.

I have probably bought over a dozen balls in the last few years from bowlingball.com and never had a problem with any of them in getting the specs I requested.  Good company to deal with in my opinion.
