Just completed a deal with James; I worked with him and we did PayPal in 2 payments over a 2 weeks period. Great communications, honesty and straightforward guy ... we set up a "payment plan" and he stuck to it; money down to "hold" the ball and payoff was on time !!!
Great and honesty roomie to deal with !!!
