Ike Brownfield

Does anyone know if Ike is vacation or something?  It looks like it has been a few days since he posted anything here in the forum.  It's a little disconcerting, when he just kind of disappears with no word.  Unless he left it in a thread somewhere, in which case, I apologize.

I think Ike's explanation is fair. However, as I mentioned before (both here and in my PM discussions with Ike), where the ball comes from is not an issue for those who buy. Once a purchase is made, the ball should ship within a reasonable amount of time. When I sell on ebay, it's 24 - 48 hours max. NO ONE should sell items that they do not own or have. If they do, however, they should tell everyone in their ad what the expected turn around time will be. Whether it's here or ebay or anywhere else, a sale is a sale. A reputation built over a period of time buys you some good will but that only lasts so long. If you can't deliver, you need to return the funds.

I recd my ball, a 5.0, but had to work pretty hard to get it. I think DC and djmiller deserve a ball or a refund now. Those of you willing to wait weeks, etc, good for you. When I buy a ball, I want to use it immediately.

Hope it works out for all.
