Buzzsawkid69 -- Steve Wasilewski ------ BEWARE!!!!!!
« on: February 11, 2005, 02:34:57 AM »
Let me add an edit to respond to Buzzsaw --- he's omitting a few important details about the mail I  sent him -- it's not as simple as "working late" and not having an opportunity to pick up certified mail ---

The post office sends me an ORIGINAL claim form, stating that it has to be signed by both the payee and the buyer of the money order --  I send him a duplicate copy MARKED IN RED (and marked "duplicate") -- telling him to use this as a guide and sign where indicated, and return it to me in the self addressed, stamped envelope I enclosed-----
HE ENCLOSED THE DUPLICATE, WHICH CAN'T BE SENT TO THE POST OFFICE
I contact the post office again, telling them I need another ORIGINAL form.  It takes forever, but they finally send one 30-40 days later.  I send it off REGULAR mail, again with a self-addressed, stamped envelope -- I also send him an email, telling him to watch out for the mail........
no response......
I FINALLY CALL HIM ON THE PHONE AND  HE TELLS ME IT WAS MAILED TWO DAYS BEFORE --- Needless to say, it never arrived at my house
I'll let the facts stand for themselves ---

This is Steve Wasilewski, A/K/A cmk100inpa,   A/K/A Hammerheadinnepa

His email address is correct as stated in the previous post under the buzzsawkid address -----

This guy stiffed me on a purchase of a Big Blue Pearl last March or April---

Sent him a money order -- then he claimed he didn't get it;  then claimed his "step brother" intercepted the money order and cashed it (this was a US postal money order-- they require an ID to cash)  after I sent his a copy of the cashed money order ----

ZERO cooperation from this guy in trying to get a claim form signed and returned-- My certified mail was returned "unclaimed".......

Subsequently saw some other merchandise he had posted on here and sent him an email less than an hour after it was posted -- trying to work out some kind of deal to compensate me --- told me the balls were "sold" already.....

Subsequently came up with a deal for me -- less than satisfactory but I was trying to salvage something ------ needless to say he never sent the stuff....

I think most of you guys have seen my feedback as a buyer and seller-----

STEVE -- I WILL PRINT A RETRACTION IF THE FACTS AS STATED ABOVE ARE NOT CORRECT

Since he's posting again and apparently up to his old tricks, I'm posting again.

So you like this guy????
Yeah, he treats me sweet -- I met him at a bowling alley.         (Matchstick Men)

Well, it seems like he found another sucker...  He got me to I think, i sent him a payment on the 4th. of February and all he is doing is giving me the run around to.  Message after message he says it will be here by the end of the week.  I am not a Police Officer by any means or within law enforcement but I do work with the local and state police with internet fraud claims.  I am going to try to see what I can do about this person and see if we can resolve these issues.  I will gather information from each one of your posts and present it to the local chef of Police and the State Police Sergeant that works this region.  I will keep you posted on the situation.
