Hey all my BR friends! I want to let everyone about a recent transaction with Warren, where we had quite the problem with some damage incurred from shipping.

The ball he shipped arrived with the mentioned damage and I let Warren know about it, looking for his thoughts on what to do. Immediately he requested some pictures and filed a complaint with the offending company. They took their time giving their answer, and in the end told him they would not reimburse him for the damage.

The amazing thing is that Warren, while upset about the whole thing, was gracious enough to give me a fair compensation for the ball I shipped him. That on top of all the effort he had put forth to try and make it right through the shipping company.

I am truly grateful for his efforts on my behalf and would not think twice about working with him in the future. I only hope I have the chance to try another transaction with him soon!
