I checked with a customer service representative in Shen Zen China (the Mainland) they don't have a holiday today which is tomorrow over there now. And this is what he got for me online. The 1Z was missing off the beginning of the tracking number which would show up invalid. Communication is the key gentlemen, thank you for your patience Jim.
