TRADE & PURCHASE

Transction Item(s):
Two ball trade and $$ for NIB Tsunami H20

Experience:
This transaction could fill up books on communication mishaps, vendor
mishaps, UPS mishaps, etc. I must say with everything that happened
Charles kept a level head and we worked thru all the issues to a
final satisfactory conclusion. I would easily do another transaction
with him as he is very detailed and keeps a good line of communication.

Overall Experience Grade (A=Perfect, B=Good, C=Average, D=Poor, F=Warning):
Afor Charles. C for Us. F for the Vendor that was involved.

Thanks for everything Joe. I know things don't always go according to plan and we can't always control what others do, however, you gave your all to ,ake things right and I appreciate that effort.
