What I'm about to say is not news .. it's been said many times before!
CHARLEST (Jeff) has proved time and time again to be one of the fairest sellers in bowling!
He read that I was interested in a particular manufacturer and made contact with me on a ball he had to offer! He not only made me a great deal but he suggested a redo on the finish that he wanted for himself. Since he had the equipment he offered to make the change before shipping. He did this with NO EXTRA CHARGE. Do you know anyone that would do this?

I Will second that. Back a few years ago when my home center was laying out a really dry shot, among making ball suggestions he offered me his lane #1 Bullet...I just paid shipping and it was mine.
