Hey, it's Sunday morning and as usual I have my "optimist" hat on ----  isn't it nice to see exchanges like this going on in buyer/seller forum????  I'm sure there are any number of exchanges going on like this all the time -- I know I have had more than one nice tranaction w/several of the B/R guys out there --- THIS IS WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT ---   It's a shame that we're occasionally reading about the problems that occur in the Port Huron, MI or Dubuque, IA  area about people who simply are not dealing in good faith.
