Title: Deal gone wrong with TIMISU87
Post by: KMUMPS on May 12, 2008, 06:21:46 AM
I was directed through this site to an ebay auction for a used Angular one.  I used the buy it now option and paid right away.  After numerous emails back and forth and being asked to wait longer to receive the ball.  I was told that he would "go hound USPS" and that I should not worry since he bought the insurance for it.  More waiting.  Then I ask for a refund and I am told that he will not refund my money because he has no proof that I did not receive the ball.  I have now filed a complaint with paypal.  More waiting!

After receiving an invalid conformation number to track through the post office I was sent a new number.  Before I could get to the post office to check the number the ball finally arrived.
Could have been made a lot easier if he would have checked with the post office like he said he was going to or gave me the conformation number when I asked for it the day after it was shipped.

USPS is dumb. I never buy from people that use it. They could be selling a NIB "hook in a box" for .99 with $15 shipping and I wouldn't buy it..be wasting my $15.99 in most cases.
