All i gotta say is WOW. extremly fast shipping. I sent out the M/O tuesday he gets it wednesday. Sends the ball out thursday and this early afternoon i have it in my hands. Granted he only lives like 90 min form my house but i have never seen shipping that fast. Ball was in Pristine condition except for the thumb being plugged and redrilled. A++++++++++ would definately buy from him again.

I have Doug Sterner at the top of my list as one of the best if not the best when it comes to taking care of the customer. It's been a while, but I have bought several balls from him in the past and he has always been effecient, honest and fast as well as an accurate driller.
