DP3 Top Notch!!!

Just finished a deal with DJ for a N.I.B. 16lb Lightning Flash.  The ball was thought to be a 15lb'r and was originally meant for a customer of mine.  But due to his error the ball was actually a 16.  Much to his credit DJ offered to send me another money order or the ball at a good sized discount off the original price.  I took the ball and it just arrived this morning as described.  He made every effort to make things right and I'm VERY pleased with how things were handled and turned out.

But I'm still looking for a 15lb Lightning Flash (N.I.B. or a good single drill)

Hats off to you to man.  Definately one of the more pleasant transactions I've ever had.  I think we both learned a good lesson in handling business here.

For other users, always make sure the customer is happy, you'll reap the benefits later.
