eatsda_gnomies Bad Transaction

Won an Auction and requested a pin

I promptly replied that I wouldn't be able to meet his request and that he would receive pick from what I had and that specific pins 3-4 are available in my Online Store.

He then threatened negative feedback if I didn't match his pin request.

All of my 3-4 and 4+ inch pins are listed in my store. You will not get them unless they meet my price set for them in the store. In which case I would have to end that listing to fill your request.

I never threatened negative feedback, I said I couldn't promise positive feedback.

You state in you auctions that the buyer can request a pin, but when they request one and you have the means to give them what they want and refuse to because you think the item sold for not enough money that is FRAUD!

That is what happens when you sell something auction style, it can go for more than you think or less, its a risk.

I'm glad I at least got my money back, I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt after your great customer service on here, but now I know I should have trusted my first impression!

As I told you, I only sell 3+ pins in my store. It isn't fraud.

Any bidder is welcome to request what they wish, and I may or may not fill it. I was upfront and clearly stated that you would not get a 3-4 pin and that I only sell them for the price found in my store. I hardly think this is fraud or bad service. Bad service would of been picking a 0-1 pin and sending it with no communication and walking away with no further communication. I would of met the terms of the auction and fulfilled my obligation.

However, having dealt with you in the past, I felt it prudent to be up front and you had to be an ahole.

You don't need to worry about your gut instincts. You were added instantly to my blocked bidder list after the feedback extortion.

The feedback I gave you was deserved, I never said I was going to give you negative feedback so get the extortion right, I never said give me what I want or I will leave negative feedback.  I don't do that, I am always truthful in my feedback.
If you would have been a better business man and tried to work it out, since we have dealt in the past, and talked to me instead of an instant refund and banning I am sure we could have worked it out like adults, but you continue your wonderful customer service.

I was upfront and your comments were unnecessary and could easily be taken as a threat. You can try to play word games, but I thought you were acting like an adult?

I won't put up with crap, simple as that. You want to be an arse, take the business elsewhere. I was happy to see my items sell to someone who's purchased 4+ bowling balls from me in the past and was more than willing to take a small loss on the item after the traffic it generated and store best offer sales.

I am selling hard to find items and many at a fair price. I get plenty of business from many people outside of this website.
