General question
« on: July 21, 2005, 08:14:33 AM »
How long should a person be expected to wait before issuing feedback. If someone tells you they will get back to you as soon as they know something more (about something you have already PAID for), would 2 weeks be an appropriate time between communications? I do not think it is but I want to cover my bases before I say something bad about someone who seems to carry a lot of weight. Thanks for your input.

2 wks should be plenty of time for someone to respond to you. Shipping may sometimes take that long because of lost packages, misplaced packages, etc., but a seeler shouldnt take 2 weeks to get back with you even if they have no control over what is going on, they could email you and let you know what they know.

Thanks for the input.
In no way am I saying the guy has "done me wrong", I was just basically wondering if it was common practise to go so long without some sort of contact?
Again, thanks  for everyones help, hopefully this matter will be resolved soon and I can go on about my business!

Can't speak for others, but the day/night I get something, I post a feedback. I would hope the buyer, would do the same.

If I sent the money, and he received and I had not heard from him and I had not received the ball in 2 weeks, I would be extremely peeved and worried.

If a reply is expected or needed, more than 2 days is cause for worry, if a communication was not received.
